What’s a Dosha?

In Ayurveda, we are all born with a unique blend of the three doshas, which define our physical, emotional, and mental characteristics. This natural constitution, known as Prakriti, influences everything from our skin type to our personality traits. Here's a quick rundown:

Vata (Air): Creative, energetic, and often fast-moving, but can also be prone to dryness and cold.

Pitta (Fire): Passionate, driven, and intense, with a tendency towards heat and inflammation.

Most people have one dominant dosha, but it's common to have a secondary dominant dosha or even an equal blend of all three, known as Tridoshic.
