Daily Calm Cleansing Oil - our cleansing oil is packed full of skin loving nutrients which are perfect to cleanse your skin, whether you’re wearing make up or you just want a cleanse at the start or end of the day. I regularly hear that people are worried that an oil cleanser will make their skin oily and greasy but this couldn’t be further from the truth.

Here’s the science bit - oil attracts oil, the oil in the cleanser bonds with the oil and dirt in your skin, drawing it out whilst gently nourishing and balancing your skin effectively. Traditional cleansers can actually strip your skin of the healthy oils and good bacteria which your skin needs, leaving it vulnerable and prone to oiliness and breakouts. Stripping your skin like this basically tricks it into thinking that it needs to produce more oil so it works extra hard to make it so can actually make your skin even oilier. An oil cleanser really helps to balance your skins natural oil levels leaving you with soft, nourished, healthy glow!

The Moksa Facial Ritual

Follow our Moksa Cleansing Ritual to provide balance and calm to your skin.

Breathe | Pour a small amount of cleansing oil into your palm and gently rub between hands. Cup your hands over your face, close your eyes take three deep, long and slow breaths to really feel the calming and euphoric effects of the lavender and chamomile.

Massage | Once you've calmed your mind, keeping your eyes gently closed, massage the oil into the face in upward circular movements really working into your face and pores. Be extra careful around the eye area using your ring fingers to lightly massage into lashes to encourage the removal of any eye makeup. 

Steam | Using our Organic Cotton Cleansing Cloth, fold in half with the soft side up, run it under hot water, squeeze out any excess water and place gently over whole face until it cools. This steaming method really helps to open the pores, allowing the oil to work its magic at removing all those impurities. Repeat as you feel necessary and really take your time, this is the relaxing bit!

Cleanse | Now the oil has had time to really work into the skin, take your cloth and using the exfoliating side, gently wipe away all traces of the day from your face. To finish, use the lovely super soft side around the eyes and again over the face. 

Tone & Hydrate | Spritz a little Wild Rose Toning Mist and lightly press into skin.

Moisturise & Nourish / Using fingertips, lightly press a few drops of Wild Rose Facial Elixir, into your face. This is when you will really feel how silky soft your skin is!
